C1. Coaching for Performance

This 2-day programme is designed to provide participants with the skill set, capability and confidence to enable others to raise their performance. It is behavioral and experiential, using exercises to build self awareness and confidence to coach others competently.

 

Participants will learn how to :

·          Empower others to build their lives around what is meaningful to them

·         Challenge the context in the way people make decisions

·         Encourage people to question their behavior and see things in other ways

·         Provide the direction, support and the skills to enable  people to succeed

·         Enter the heart of the business; person or issue with the intent of impacting positively on people’s ability to achieve success in their terms.

 

 

C2. Coaching the Chinese Managers for Localized Management

An unique 1 to 1 coaching service for MNCs by IRC to help develop managers in China for localized management.  High potential Chinese team leaders are nominated by the headquarters to undergo a total of 50 x 1-hour/week/person personal effectiveness coaching sessions in a year with an assigned Chinese-speaking coach from IRC.  During the coaching contact time, the potential high flyer will be encouraged to take charge of team leadership and drive performance in the local operating environment.

 

 

C3. Using the MBTI for Career Development

During this 1 day workshop, the managers will reflect on their next career moves and/or increase the effectiveness of the job performance in their organizations by using the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) tool and sharing insights in small working groups.  The facilitator will guide the sessions to ensure that participants make realistic action plans which will be implemented effectively.
