Business Coaching Programmes C1. Coaching for Performance This
2-day programme is designed to provide participants
with the skill set, capability and confidence to enable others to raise their
performance. It is behavioral and experiential, using exercises to build self
awareness and confidence to coach others competently. Participants

Managers for Localized Management An unique 1 to 1 coaching service for MNCs
by IRC to help develop managers in C3. Using the MBTI for Career
Development During
this 1 day workshop, the managers will reflect on their next career
moves and/or increase the effectiveness of the job performance in their
organizations by using the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) tool and
sharing insights in small working groups.
The
facilitator will guide the sessions to ensure that participants make
realistic action plans which will be implemented effectively. |
