Business Leadership Programmes

L1.   Leading a Business

This 5-day programme is designed for individuals who contribute to their organizations’ businesses at a Strategic level.  They should be in senior and middle-management positions, who are leading, or will lead a global business, or their team members.  It is also meant for senior professionals, who have leadership positions and who advise executive teams.

 

The participants will gain an understanding of what it means to lead a business. The programme differentiates between leading and managing a business, and focuses especially on the role of the Chief Executive and the Top Team in understanding and leading the enterprise.

For those senior specialists who advise the Top Team, the programme is of special importance in understanding leadership dynamics as applied to their professional group and as advisors, and allows a strategic and financial insight into businesses from a helicopter perspective. It also addresses the benefits and challenges of working in matrices. The main topics are Leadership and Organizational Culture, Strategy and Finance.

 

 

L2.  International Business Leadership Programme

A 5-day programme which prepares high-performing young managers to take up leadership roles within the organization.  Participants will gain insights on how they can add value to the organisation’s growth through a series of interactive modules which include business simulation, peer group feedback, dialogue with company champions in talent, marketing, production and operation strategies.  They will learn how to take charge in driving performance within their organizations.  

 

 

L3.  Personal Leadership Development Programme

The target group for this 5-day programme are senior managers who need to develop their interpersonal and leadership skills. They will gain practical insights on theories and relevant research on leadership and team building, cultural influences and change issues during the programme.  There are also ample intensive interpersonal and self-reflective exercises to promote individual learning. The learning tools which are used in the programme include 360-degrees assessment, psychometric tests, feedback exercises, personal action and follow-up plans. 

 

The programme is designed to help :

·         The individual senior manager to become aware of his/her personality, leadership style, motivation profile based on insights gained from 360-degrees feedback and psychometric instruments.

·          Each participant to identify his/her personal and professional strengths, and development areas in relation to his/her current and potential organizational roles.

·          Participants draw up and implement a personal action and follow-up plan based on the insights gained, taking into consideration their aspirations and ambitions.
